Understanding Plans & Limits

ShopTasks is currently available on a free plan for Shopify merchants. This guide explains what that includes and how to request higher active-task capacity when your operations grow.

What’s included on Free

On the free plan you get:

• Up to 500 active tasks — active means tasks that are not Done or Cancelled
• Unlimited staff members
• Unlimited boards
• Link tasks to orders, products, and customers
• Email and Slack notifications

Completing or cancelling work frees active-task capacity for new operational work.

When you need more capacity

If your store regularly hits the 500 active-task limit, contact us. We can expand your plan on request.

Staff members and boards are not limited on Free.

Checking your current plan

Go to Settings from the sidebar. Your current plan and usage are displayed at the top of the page, including active tasks used versus limit.

Tips

• Start with Free to prove the workflow on real store work.
• Watch active tasks — marking work Done or Cancelled keeps capacity available for new exceptions.
• Invite the whole ops team — staff seats are unlimited on Free.
