Welcome to Shop Tasks, a Shopify app operated by elevixa.com ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Shop Tasks app and any related services (collectively, "the Services").
By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Who We Are
elevixa.com is based in Madrid, Spain, providing automation and productivity tools for Shopify merchants. All references to "we", "our", or "us" refer to elevixa.com.

2. Description of the Service
Shop Tasks helps Shopify merchants manage store operations and automate workflows. The App may connect with other tools and use elevixa.com infrastructure to process data.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without notice.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By installing the App, connecting your Shopify account, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legal agreement.
- Have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
- Have the authority to bind your business or organization to this agreement.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
4. Accounts and Access
To use certain features, you may need to create an account with elevixa.com. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Keep your credentials secure and confidential.
- Be responsible for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
5. Shopify Relationship
"Shop Tasks" is provided independently and is not endorsed or certified by Shopify Inc. Your use of the App is also subject to Shopify's Terms of Service and App Store policies.
6. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing
Some features of the App may require a paid plan or subscription. When applicable:
- Pricing will be displayed during installation or within the App.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- You may cancel your subscription through your Shopify admin or by contacting us.
- Payments are processed through Shopify Billing or approved third-party providers.
Refunds are issued only where required by law or at our discretion.
7. Fair Use and Usage Limits
Certain plans may include usage limits, such as the number of tasks, records, or automations. We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily suspend access if your usage exceeds reasonable limits or impacts service stability.
8. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our data-handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The App accesses certain Shopify store data as required to function.
- Your data may be stored and processed through elevixa.com infrastructure.
- You retain ownership of your store data at all times.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
- Upload or distribute malicious software, bots, or code.
- Interfere with the security or performance of the Service.
- Misuse the Shopify API or any connected third-party integration.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to elevixa.com or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your business operations.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.
11. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable and continuous service. However, downtime or interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary unavailability or technical issues.
12. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party tools such as Shopify, Slack, or Google Workspace. We are not responsible for the reliability, performance, or data practices of these external services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data.
- Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid during the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if:
- You breach these Terms.
- Required by law.
- We discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, your access will cease and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. If material changes occur, we will notify you via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
