High-risk orders
A high-risk Shopify order needs a reviewer, not a silent risk badge.
ShopTasks turns a high-risk order into an assigned review task linked to that order, so the check happens before the order ships.
Risk indicators do not assign the investigation.
Shopify can mark an order as high risk. That badge is easy to glance past during a busy fulfilment run. The investigation — look at the customer, the address, the payment, decide to fulfil or hold — still needs a person. If that person is 'whoever notices', high-risk orders either ship unchecked or sit until a chargeback or a fraud tool email arrives too late.
High risk becomes a ShopTasks review
Treat high-risk as a workflow, not a colour on the order. When the risk level is high, create a ShopTasks task: review this order, assign operations or a fraud owner, due before the usual ship time. Shopify Flow is the cleanest trigger: order created, risk level is high, then create the task. The order stays in Shopify. The work of reviewing it is owned.

Does ShopTasks decide if an order is high risk?
No. Shopify (or your existing rules) provides the risk level. ShopTasks assigns the human review that follows.
Can this run from Shopify Flow?
Yes. Order created, condition on high risk, action: create a ShopTasks task. That is one of the primary Flow workflows we document.
What if we also tag high-risk orders?
You can trigger from risk level, from a tag, or both. The point is that a named person gets a task, not only a tag on the order.
Is ShopTasks free?
